On the other side, two or more genetically enhanced Raxxon hunters, alerted to the intruder's presence, take no prisoners as they attempt to eliminate the A.R.K. agent before a successful escape. Super-human mutations and keen coordination aid them in their duty to destroy Raxxon's enemies.

Wow, I'm not used to having a PHG game with so few pages in the rulebook!

Is there any chance of a shipping deal for EU customers again? I would love to pick it up but the current shipping price is a bit prohibitive.

Laternal commented:

agree with warerare, 35$ would be a sweet deal, but the 50$ shipping turns it down

Warerare and Laternal have a point. Fingers are crossed for PHG to get an EU shipping deal. =]

The minis look like they'd fit right in in a game of Heroscape...

What am I doing wrong? Shipping to EU was still $48 for me... =(

@JanE
Sadly, EU is not one specific point

There are various prices for different countries, you can find out by typing in a country. For example UK is cheap, Spain/Germany aren't so bad, etc. Heading east it gets worse. If you type in your country and the shipping type isn't "special shipping" then even shipping from the UK shipping was still $50+ and it wasn't even worth it for the customer to ship from there.

warerare commented:

Some countries are missing off their EU mailing list I think, I know from a post on BGG that Brian was looking at why Estonia isn't on there so just let them know that there is still an issue with your country and you might get lucky.

@warerare it's what Joe was mentioning. Some Mail "Groups" as they are called, are just expensive to ship to. USPS has the cheapest international pricing, and for whatever reason to get to some of those locations FROM UK is even more expensive than the US. That's not to say shipping from those places TO US is pricey, but USPS, being our cheapest option, just doesn't seem to get it TO them at a better price point.

JanE commented:

That's too bad.
The shipping to Finland is almost $50. And to UK $15. Funny that Royal Mail ships to Finland for $10. Where's the extra coming from?

$50 for shipping is simply too much. And it is impossible to ship it directly from China?

I believe anything is possible with a bit of effort. Dead of Winter has been shipped to me cheap and somehow Specter Ops cannot? Please, please, please make EU shipping possible (affordable).

If I did get it (I have financial restrictions) the first thing I'd do would be to paint the minis.

I also would like to pre-order...

Hi JanE, we lost money shipping it to you last time. We screwed up on shippping costs for Dead of Winter pre-orders and took a huge hit. They have been fixed here to be correct.

JanE commented:

I understand.
But that's a shame for us... I'll just have to wait. And wait. And wait... In 2016 the game will be available in our FLGS. =(

I tried ordering multiple copies for me and my friends to save on shipping and the shipping was the same as for only one copy. Is this correct?

Usuba commented:

I Just tried to order but backed out when postage came to $53 ... JanE how was it $15 for you?
Plaidhat, I'd love to order direct from you (and receive those two extra cards) but to give the postal service more money than I give to you seems a crime!
