Smeg and Horde Slinger
Welcome back summoners! The Cave Goblin horde is growing ever larger, and this time we’ll see what ranged units are in the army!
The Horde Slinger is the ranged common of this faction. While they lack in staying power, Slingers more than make up for that with their aggressive output. Relentless means you don’t have to worry about moving your Slingers around the map once they are in position, as they are able to attack for free, and several hits of 2 ranged damage can put a solid dent into any defending army struggling to keep up with the pressure of your goblin horde!
Smeg, a Cave Goblin champion, takes all the offensive traits of Slingers, and sticks it on a healthy 4-life body for 0 magic! … at least until the end of your turn. Smeg’s Magic Junkie ability is an upkeep cost of 1 magic a turn if you want Smeg to stay in play. Perhaps you can even deny your opponent the glory (and magic) of defeating Smeg by simply letting a gravely wounded Smeg disappear at the end of your turn!
