Jman commented on Cherubim:

I agree with Mr. Brick. Do to the wording, it would seem as tho he can use his ability as many times as you could move him during that movement phase.

Mr. BrickaBracka commented on Cherubim:

I believe the Aspirant can trigger Light of Foot because of the wording. Light of Foot says when you move the Cherubim, not when you move "with" the Cherubim. Moving "with" is one of your 3 movements for the turn, but just moving can be a lot of things, like Mage Push, Knock Around, or Encourage. So basically, anytime the Cherubim moves during your Movement Phase, it can move 1 additional space. I believe this also works with Malenatar's Ability if it's used on the Cherubim.

Shadow_Benders commented on Cherubim:

My opponent and I are in a debate regarding the "Light of Foot" ability and its activation. We tried looking in the forums for an answer but found nothing. My opponent is arguing that the additional space granted by "Light of Foot" could conceivably be activated twice within the same movement phase - once when originally moving the Cherubim, and again as a result of the Cherubim being moved from an Aspirant's "Encourage" ability. His argument is that the Aspirant's ability causes you to "move" the Cherubim and that it is undeniably during the movement phase. Furthermore, there is no "once per turn" caveat written into "Light of Foot." I, however, am of the opinion that the Aspirant's ability clearly indicates only 1 space and that the Cherubim's ability would only activate when using the Cherubim's intrinsic movement (i.e. not a movement induced by another ability). Thoughts? Thanks in advance!

killercactus commented on Defender:

Someone needs to make a custom Hodor Defender yelling "HOLD THE LINE!!"

Mr. BrickaBracka commented on Defender:

Hold The Line doesn't stack because it DOESN'T say "increase the die result needed to roll a 'Hit' by 1 for each Unit with the 'Hold the Line' Ability adjacent to the attacked Unit." It's still possible to make the Cherubim very hard to hit if you put 3 friendly Units adjacent to it, 1 needing to be a Defender of course, making a 6 or higher needed to hit the Cherubim and it can still attack (7 or higher is possible but completely surrounding it would defeat the purpose).

epyonyx commented on Defender:

Is that a no? If so how do you figure? I don't see anything in the card that suggests it doesn't. Usually cards that don't stack will say something like the DD Scholar's "1 or more scholars". I feel like if it didn't stack it would say "adjacent to 1 or more units with the 'HOLD THE LINE' ability". Just hoping I can find the official ruling on this.

Tisroero commented on Defender:

@epyonyx Nei.

epyonyx commented on Defender:

Can hold the line stack? For example, if a cherubim is adjacent to 2 defenders, does that mean each defender increases the die result needed to hit the cherubim by 2, making 7 the minimum?

prometheuslkr commented on Divine Intervention:

How does this card interact with effects that add wounds one at a time? E.g., a Fallen Phoenix Cultist or Wrath of the Volcano?

Elien commented on Crusader:
