Deep Dwarves Faction
For centuries the Deep Dwarves have shunned the overworld that sprawls out over their dark, cavernous homes. For centuries they have viciously attacked any interlopers who have dared to brave the twisting tunnels that run beneath the surface of Itharia. But now the Deep Dwarves have ended their isolation and have come forth to join in the Summoner Wars, with their strange geomantic magics.
A Deep Dwarf player is a meticulous accountant. He’s aware of every magic card he has spent, every magic card he has gained, and every point of magic he may gain. Proper management is a Deep Dwarf player’s path to victory, and they revel in setting complex chains of attack bonuses.

Updated Gren's FAQ to reflect this. As was pointed out in the Book of Gren, this also means that Gren's owner can claim him if he dies due to Vine Walls or an enemy Ability on his own turn.killercactus commented on Gren:
Note that even though Gren is within 2 spaces of himself, his ability does not affect him when he does. SotFG and his death occur simultaneously, therefore the active player chooses the order of te actions, and can choose Gren to die first, which means he is dead before his ability can activate. I guess Rune Mages are so common in DD that they might as well be bretheren! I love these guys btw, I know Gem Mages are the more vogue choice. But 2/2/2 is such a great statline and they can touch out and reach something if you so desire. Not bad with ScholarsZebulin commented on Battle Mage:
Quote: Battle Mages forgo the ranged bolts of their Rune Mage brethren Problem here?Zebulin commented on Tundle:
It could be Elut-Bal or the Second Summoner for the Filth or Ret-Talus. Many possibilities.sitnam90 commented on Tundle:
I agree with you Brighton that he is more likely to be Tacullu. She is still up in the air, it might be Sera. I dont think Dem is the Devourer but something fr greater and still uneiledvLord Brighton commented on Tundle:
Perhaps. But I think it likely that the man who is no longer human is Tacullu. In his bio he is also referred to as going down a "red path" and being challenged by an unknown female figure. Of course, the demon tells Tacullu who the woman is, but we have to guess. I liked to think it was Sera Eldwyn, as she was the only female summoner, but with second summoners coming out... It could be that the escaped "Devourer" is the Demagogue, however. I don't think Her as the female makes much sense. Tundle's bio has the mysterious man and woman antagonizing one another, and Her is just as much of an eldritch horror as the Demagogue or Tacullu.Zebulin commented on Tundle:
The "Human man who is no longer human" is the Demagouge, and the female is Her.killercactus commented on Miner:
Sure - as long as you paid for Tunnel at the beginning of the movement phase.Kanna commented on Miner:
