    Default Out of print?

The web page indicates that DUNGEON RUN is currently out of print. What is the story here? Is it just a temporary thing, is the game being revised, or what?

I ask because I think a game store near me has a copy and I'm trying to decide if I should run out to buy it or wait to see what comes next...

It's more like, we're out of copies. It will likely be reprinted some day but there are other priorities at the moment. It is not being revised. However, Dungeon Run 2 is being working on, which will be a standalone yet fully compatible sequel. My guess is if Dungeon Run is reprinted it will be after Dungeon Run 2 is a hit and a bunch of new players want to get the original.

It is also on amazon if you can't get it at your store.

PHG has sold out of DR, but it should still be available through the usual retail channels. We generally plan on reprinting DR, but won't be thinking about it until after DR2 is out.

They had one and now I have it!

I haven't had a chance to play it yet, but I love the way it looks!

A conversation I had at my board game store:

    "Do you have Dungeon Run?"
"We used to, but we're out of copies."
    "When will you get it?"
"Good question. We ordered a shipment 3 months ago..."

If you do reprint the first version will it come with updated instructions?
One thing I don't like about the original game is that it was easy to slide the tiles around during play. If Dungeon Run 2 would update the tiles so they would interlock like puzzle pieces (like D&D Castle Ravensloft) that would be a neat update and a welcome addition to the reprint of the original.
