Yes, this has been mentioned in the podcast. There will be a Dungeon Run 2, once the sales from the first have died down. It will be a stand-alone (although you will be able to combine the two), including the 8 factions not represented in Dungeon Run.

The factions should be the missing 8:

    Fallen Kingdom
    Jungle Elves
    Cloaks
    Deep Dwarves
    Benders
    Swamp Orcs
    Sand Goblins
    Shadow Elves

As for what they'll do, I'd expect adapted versions of abilities found in those factions in Summoner Wars, much like what was seen in the first box.

I wonder what the theme of the dungeon will be... Will it be a plain dungeon like now, or some other thing more like Ruins or something?

We'll have a preview of DR 2 up soon. There will indeed be a different theme. We wanted the two sets to each have a very distinctive feel, so each will have unique elements. For instance, there are no animates in DR2, but there is a new monster type debuting.

Interesting. I had thought that a new training type might be introduced, but that causes problems when you start mixing. A new monster style sounds fun, though.

That's great news. It feels like I've been waiting forever, and yet the game really hasn't been out that long.

I think they're doing the smart thing and letting the game die.
Did you know? Invincibility lies in the defense; the possibility of victory in the attack.

It might be the smart thing, but it's also the sad thing.
