There are 16 decks (not including the reinforcement packs) ;P
Master Set(6), Starter Sets(4), Cloaks, Jungle Elves, The Fallen Kingdom, Vanguards, The Filth, Mercenaries.

Mercenaries don't have dice yet, assuming he/she was asking to get a package of all 15 of the dice.

The mercenary dice must be the ones that came with the game. They'll work with any faction set
