Walter stepped back from Gilliam to await his answer, and in the meantime, decided to voice his opinion before retiring to his tent.

Some of us earlier thought that today will only bring about a random vote. I believe this not to be true. If we can vote for an semi-active person, we possibly may find a pattern in the votes. If I were a Zombie, I would lay low, and sit at the edge of a battle, where there might be action, but your not in the thick of it. That would be the most likely place to look. I don't think we should throw away a vote because it seems pointless to look for a target yet.

He stepped back once again. He was not ready for this. Doubt was flowing through him. This task would be his hardest yet. He knew he would need all the energy he could, so he unhooked his armor, laying it within easy reach of his hand. Underneath lay a simple, green shirt and pants, and worn leather boots coated with mud. He lay his sword across his chest and leaned back against the stone wall, and closed his eyes, still keeping his ears open, and conserving his energy.

One Gulldune rose to confront the other.

You are an impostor, and I am prepared to KILL! (With this his hand came up towards the other's throat) ...any impostors in this cave. Oh yes! This cave is RIDDLED with impostors.

He leaned close to the other's face, and a peculiar sniffing sound emanated from his hood. You don't smell particularly evil... But impostors or not, we must work together to defeat the ZOMBIEs.

He stepped away, and, like the Cat-Spirit of Cheshirean legend, an eery white grin appeared wthin the folds of his hood. But we're all impostors in our own special way. Even I...

He reached up and grabbed his hood. There was a flash and a puff of black smoke, and where Gulldune was, now stood a man, clad only in pants and a belt covered with masks. ...am an impostor.

He returned the mask of Gulldune to its place on his belt. Pretty nifty, huh? I have many names, but you may call me by my contractual nomen... Naan'Nashi. But I have very unimportant and boring business to attend to.

He reached down and placed another mask upon his face. So now, we says... bye-bye!

He leaned towards Gulldune and expelled the words with a blast of noxious breath. The goblin fighter walked back to his seat and rummaged through his pack in search of a snack.

Khan walked over to the face changer.

It appears that we have another mercenary among us... I ask you though, why do you change yourself repeatedly? Are you unhappy with the real you? And last but definitely not least, how do your masks work? Just some questions that I figured I'd throw out there.

Suddenly, the Dugallan leapt up into the air and brought his blade down hard on a large toad. He split it in half, and picked up both pieces and began eating them. He licked off the toad blood from his blade, and then closed his eyes and said one word.

(The Admiral awoke at the table and looked around the room with a surprised look on his face.)

Well I guess I dozed off there for alittle bet.

(He gets up and starts walking around the room.)

Glad to see some friendly faces.(he looks at the Vanguards.)

(He looks at Gulldune and Khan. Then he looked at Naan'Nashi)

Hey I heard you call me a rebal. We prefer to be called freedom fighters. We have a reason to fight so we do. Unlike people like you how fight for the highest bid. I would not expect you to see my point however because I do not think you will see it.

Gulldune, it was not my intent to make of you an enemy, but I must be wary since the Vanguards and the Benders have not been at peace. Not waiting for a reply he walked over to where Walter was resting.My friend, it is not wise to be without your armor, we do not know who are enemies are in this place. Also, to answer your question, I would be more than happy to spar with you. In a place like this it is hard to stay in shape, and I think that would be a perfect way to do it. In response to your musings, I completely agree we cannot waste a vote, you and I need to investigate more to find more about our other guests.

Khan once again pulled out his flask and drank from it. At this point it's contents would be the only thing that kept him sane in this house of crazy.

Sir Gilliam cast a distrusting eye on Naan and said to no one in particular,"Yes, he can copy anyone, but to me that could be dangerous. Can we really trust someone who can't even decide who he wants to be."

Makeinda Ru stood from where she'd been seated and walked purposefully to the middle of the room. "I do not understand," she says pointedly, "What motivates the Bird Spirit? If he truly believes us to be slaves of the Necromancer, why are we not dead? It is obvious from his speech that he believes himself good. I disagree. If he were truly good, he would kill those who are not mercifully. Instead, he plays with us. The Necromancer is bad, but so is the Bird Spirit. So, we must seize the opportunity that he has presented us. The ZOMBIEs must be the targets of the Bird Spirit's knives." Head held high, she returns to her seat and awaits confirmation of this purpose from the other members of the summit.

Glad to see a kindred spirit with his motivations Gilliam stood and said "Hear, hear, we must find the zombies and exterminate them, they are the immediate threat.However, I trust that you, Makeinda, shall be more of an aid than a hinderance to us in this hunt. How can anyone be certain of where you stand in this room. Are you a free mind or are you one of the tainted ones trying to lead us astray. Prove your worth to me and I shall be more complient with you. My goal is to find the tainted ones and destroy them, and anyone who shares my goal is a friend. But, I don't know who to trust, I need to know who is my true ally."
