Vomitus during playtesting. Maybe it's a matter of perspective. At first Vomitus rolled for his range at the moment of attack, which could be very frustrating. So I loved the change to the start of the Attack Phase. I certainly understand how much better it would be if it were before the Movement Phase, but as it is, I found him very useful. Just have multiple attack plans in case he cannot reach as far as you'd like. Given his range, it's more flexible to plan around Vom's occasional lapses than Abom's, IMO.
