Thieves are among the most revered of all the Cloak units. While not as strong as their brothers and sisters, it is they who help the faction survive. In the lean times they steal food and medicine, when the frost comes they steal blankets and clothing, and in battle they can even sap magical power from their enemies.

Just out of curiosity, how many people who use these guys build them after Stealing magic, and how many bring them to a wall afterward? I personally put them in my magic pile after they succeed.

It kind of depends on when in the game its in. If it is earlier in the game most of the people I've played with build them. Generally if there isn't a clear use for him (like another raid or you need units late game or something) he gets built.

I try to keep at least one out there at all times in case Vlox needs Steal.

Ha, one of my cousins keeps harping on that very possibility! It would be fun to deny your opponent the chance to actually kill Vlox themselves... Notice he's the only one who CAN kill himself...
