I was wondering if there are any plans to make a strategy game base on this universe. For example, kind of a Wizard Kings board game where the battles are resolved via Summoner Wars.
Any plans, comunities or other things in that direction?

I am in the process of making a Forum Game specifically designed for that purpose. However, I'm pretty sure that's not what you're talking about.
If I understand what you're talking about, that would be awesome. Just to make sure I understand:
Have a playing board of Itharia separated into regions or what not with Summoner Markers. With some sort of ultimate goal in mind, Summoners move around the board and when two are in the same region there is a battle with if being solved by playing a traditional game of Summoner Wars.
That sounds pretty cool, but extremely time consuming.
The Books of Summoner Wars...someone had to do it
35-27 on Vassal (56%) - MOST RECENT: SE vs VG/thenightsshadow
Vassal Tourney: 3-1 for 3rd Place
KCU's FanFic (updated 6-18-12)
true. but even if it were a more traditional war game (not resolved by summoner wars battles) it would be awsome.
although if i had a weekend to spare i wouldnt mind the summoner wars battle resolution lol
Thinking of opening a gameing store in the Joilet IL area. if anyone sees this and would stop by now and then PM me and encourage me lol
That would be awesome!! I would love to try it if someone made it.

If a campaign system for Summoner wars comes out, then it would be simpler and less time consuming since the campaign system will pit players against each other and reward the winners.
well, you could do something like that forum wise, with different users picking a faction and representing them in different battles. Sort of like the map of the RTS Dune game but with several players. It would take players to play by forum or Vassal but could get done within a month.
