Wisconsin Summoners/Madison Area?

Hey all. I'm down here at Madison, going to college. I'd love to get some games in if there's anyone interested for it.

Else maybe we could even get a tournament up here somewhere sometime...anyone interested in gameday or a tourney around here?

Hmm... not too sure about a regular gameday or whatever as I live all the way up by the Fox Valley, and as far as I know, there's only me and Turtleking from HSers.

Ah! But there is somebody. I mean it only took over a month to get a reply here, but it was accomplished!

As is, yeah. At some point early next fall I'm thinking of getting a tournament at UW Madison. I can try and find some game store in the city to house us, else I could get decent sized room in a Union on campus for us to play in. Have a 5 round tournament on a Saturday or something.

I am in Janesville and just ran a few events at Gaming Hoopla last weekend. Another Hoopla is scheduled for the fall and I will be running more events then. Check out the event forum for more information on other events I will be running. I will try at some point to get an events going at one or more of the four game stores I know in Madison. I will also be scheduling events in Janesville and (hopefully) Fort Atkinson. Keep an eye out.

Since the semester is ending soon, will you be in the area over the summer?

Awesome--sounds good. I'll try to see if next year if I can make some of those events. I've been thinking about holding a tourney at Madison next fall as well.

As for the summer, regrettably I will not be in the Madison area. And the next 10 days I have left in Madison are studying and finals primarily.
