a question about Bender "fluff"

it appears as though Tacullu is some sort of spirit or has an ethereal body. Can anyone confirm or deny this claim? Or point me to a fluff article that explains him any more thoroughly. The fluff piece on the faction page doesn't really talk about him as a person but more explains his character.

Anything Bender related has always been very abstract and hard to interpret. You know that Tacullu is not a typical human but he has the shape of a human, though any picture of him looks very ghast-like. We may never know unless Plaid Hat Games releases a novel with all their great story writing and universe creation.

Additionally, it seems Torodin is not the only SW character with a penchant for rhyming.

I think the creepiest bio ever is Gulldune's. He skinned a guy then forced him to praise him in the street? Eeew. Benders are my favorite faction but Tacullu has some messed up people under his wing.
