    Question Tons of Questions

I have tons of rules-lawyery questions so I figured I could post them all in one thread. Here goes:

Does Gror have to actually attack an adjacent unit with Hammer Quake or can he just slam it into the ground and cause a giant earthquake-thing? (wow that sounds technical)

If Kaeseall takes control of the Eater with Blazing Conscription can the Elf player move the Eater away from all common units on his/her turn and discard the Eater in that turn, or can the Eater only be discarded for lack of food on a Goblin turn?

Does the Dwarf Defenders' Engage negate Blaze Step or Sly? In other words can these abilities be used if the Warrior or Sneeks is adjacent to one or more defenders?

Does a Goblin Berserker have to attack all enemy adjacent figures? I believe the card says "may attack all adjacent enemy figures," so does that mean it can either attack normally or attack all adjacent, or can it attack two, but not the third enemy (for example could it decide not to attack a unit so the Eater would be left something to eat)?

He has to attack something. He can't just attack the ground.

Kaeseeall can starve the eater by taking control of it and moving it away from food.

Defenders don't prevent Blaze Step or Sneak. While both of those abilities wind up with a unit ending up somewhere else, neither are considered 'moving'.

A Berserker could choose to just attack just 1 unit or it may attack all enemy units that it is next to. But it can't do something in between (like attack 2 of 3 units.)

Thanks for your questions! Some good FAQ entries here.

Thanks! I guess it's good I asked because two of those were not what I expected.

One more question: is it possible for a figure to move zero spaces? Say I have King Cheese surrounded on all sides by enemies, and to trigger plague on these enemies I have to move Khan. Can I spend a movement activation to move him zero spaces and then Plague them? If the answer is no, say he is surrounded on only three sides. Can he move to the unoccupied adjacent square and then move back, affecting the three cards?

You can announce that you are moving a card 0 spaces taking up 1 of your 3 moves.

    Default engage vs rush?

Defenders don't prevent Blaze Step or Sneak. While both of those abilities wind up with a unit ending up somewhere else, neither are considered 'moving'.
Does this too apply to the event card Goblin rush? Even though they get to "move" it isnt a considered moving?

For the sake of resolving any rules goblins that are rushing are considered moving. Except it doesn't count toward your three moves for the turn.
