It's +2 for Ranged with an AV of 3+. Not just +1.
I think the names are fine though, I mean, Orcs are supposed to have kind of rough sounding, nastier, names. So they work.

Interesting faction some points of interests wolf rider is just better than beast rider from the cavegoblin deck and that’s the problem the wolfrider is 2 good at 1 2 for 1 and too weak at 12 for 2
    Nuggor
    Champion of the Rider Orcs
    Attack:2(melee), Life:5, Cost:5
Expert rider: Whem moving Nuggor, you may move him up to 7 straight line spaces OR you may move him 5 spaces.

Compared to the riding champ in SE this guy got -1 Av for a ability that is better than rider. I think you should remove the move up to 7 spaces in a straight line and say that he moves 5 spaces preiod.

The marauders are 3 attack 1 life for 1 manna that’s powerful.
Otherwise the faction seams fine to me.

Yeah, im confused by the cost of the rider ability. Melek and cavs say its only 0+, but beast rider says 1+. Either way works as far as im concerned.

Hows about creating a faction with some squirrel units:P The only problem I saw was that almost all of the special abilities were about moving, moving, moving. I'd want to see a few abilities enhancing attacks. I like your events, especially mount, but there again, I'd like to see an event involving attacks. This factions seems to rely too heavily on champions and the summoner to provide it with any firepower.
