Tournament Rule Variant?

I had a random idea, and random ideas can range from awesome to utter crap.

Anyways, what do you make of this tournament variant?

After each round, instead of sorting your cards back up, you instead make a new deck from your Draw Pile, Hand, Units you control, Magic Pile, and Discard Pile, and use that new deck on your next round.

I'm thinking with theft etc. this will only be useful for VASSAL games or the like, but what are your thoughts?

It'd be interesting...are you allowed to use event cards that might get in your hand from another summoner?

Also...I think it would really change what some people run and it would also lead to trying to kill some of your own units. It' be super super weird.

Which isn't to say it might not be fun, but it'd just be soooo interesting.

I... have no idea, but can do I keep the Summoner I kill? Now THAT be interesting. And having a Champ sub your fallen Summoner.
