I had an issue with my order where I got a reinforcement pack instead of the Filth Faction. No issue few days later I got shipped no questions asked.

Plaid Hat's service is VERY good.
During the summer I preordered my Master Set.
During the summer I work at a boy scout summer camp and so planned to have it shipped there.
However...once it was delayed long enough, it shipped out and I realized it would get there by the time I would be back home. I called up Colby and with his help we got it rerouted to my new address.
I've never heard any real complaints about Plaid Hat's service, and its great to hear others have had good experiences from them as well.
I had had few problems with the orders I have made to any company, but the few I had were similar and PHG has been the best responsive one each time.
Makes me think about getting the master set issue I had sorted out.

PH's customer service is fantastic. And we have a direct link to the man himself. no bureacratic runaround, no red tape.
I've lost (read: baby eating) Summoner Wars cards, PM'ed truth, and within a few days, a new card arrived in the mail.
Colby really does go above and beyond, and I wish his company all the success in the world. I am a customer for life.
Just adding my story. I had an order not show up so colby went above and beyond and shipped it out himself so make sure I got it. Got to say most people do not do that. I love PH all around. Great game and great company!

Absolutely, absolutely agree. E-mailed that I was missing the Jungle Elves faction deck, after I opened up my large package from PHG late in the evening (It was the second half of ordering everything.). Got an e-mail response back from Colby that night! He explained the problem that he was out of stock of JE. He assured me that he would take care of it. Three days later, bam! Jungle Elves in my mailbox! That is customer service. My daughters and I are enjoying all 16 factions and the available reinforcements, and it's an automatic buy for whatever comes out next. Service like that gets loyalty.
I agree, PHG are really good at getting back to people promptly and trying to sort problems. The only thing shafting me is the postal service, or UK customs, who have delayed my Jungle Elves deck by 2 weeks, and counting! :'( I want Elves riding lions, damnit!

WwwThis is all very reassuring. I'm two weeks out from my order and no confirmation from the PlaidHat store that my order has been dealt with. I've received a number of other orders, with confirmation and delivery emails, from other companies in the meantime. So far, PH Store has felt like a black hole. Reading these messages up here does instill me with a small measure of confidence though. Thanks.
Edit: I live in the UK and have not had a problem with any of my US orders (seven in the last month, four the month before). Why they would delay two separate orders from PlaidHat is somewhat odd.

Yeah I had an order for 3 reinforcement packs and only 2 came in the mail but when I replied to the email Toby himself replied and said he'd send me the pack... and I got it.
So while there's some mistakes from the shipping they are very good at correcting issues.
On a subsequent order I got a bunch of extra promo cards and an extra expansion pack (no not the missing one from that previous order) I already had and gave it to a friend
