Summoner Wars made "The Hottness" on the front page of Board game Geek! That will get the game a TON of new exposure and hopefully more sales come rolling in for Plaid Hat games!:D

Yep, Summoner Wars is definitely hot stuff right now! I'm trying to get in games with as many people as possible to spread the "Summoner Love."

SW has jumped back to #25 thanks to the awesome art previews, most notably the Guardian Knight.

I originally tried to order this game from the local gamer store. It's taking weeks. The owner said that all of his providers ordered far too few of this game for it's demand. There are several anxiously awaiting a larger stock. And of course I'm pimping it out like, well, like a pimp.

This is a good sign. Me thinks you may have a winner here ;)

I hope so man. It would be a beautiful thing to have the game really launch the company and provide the time and funds to do more. (Time because I still have a day job.)

And it's all the way up to 16 on the Hotness list, too.

And it's really climbing in the overall Geek rating as well: 383 today. I remember when it was down around 2000. Now it's in company with Epic Duels, Monsterpocalypse, Dreamblade, Pitchcar mini, etc. And it is clearly still climbing. :cool:

Just thought I'd point out that Summoner Wars is number 2 on the recent new list of Customizable Games.

Not to mention BGG's most active reviewer, Tom Vasel, is in the middle of his annual top 100...I'm positive SW will be on his list.

Yeah, most likely. It did well on the Dice Tower awards, and on one of the days of tourneys at GenCon, he walked by and said hi to Colby. I think it was during the team tournament.

He likes Cave Goblins, apparently.

He's been telling me it is going to be on there. So lets hope we don't see if for awhile. :D

(He's working his way toward #1 so the longer we go without seeing it the higher on the list it landed.)
