We puled out some nicer dice to use in the game, with extra dice on the table we came up with the idea of placing the number of dice on each card as you choose the cards to attack with, it seems to speed the game up and help players keep track of what they were doing when it comes time to roll, we have all had that "what was I attacking with again?"
It keeps the game moving and both players can see whats going on a little better.
I hope some of you like the idea.

you mean like to keep track of which units have attacked? cuase you don't have to choose all 3 ahead of time. but yeah, marking who's attacked could be useful.

Well I ment when choosing which units attack, putting the dice on the cards while your making that choice to keep track of you choose when its time to roll, we find that with the repetition a player can forget which units they choose when announcing the attacking units, it has helped us.
I'm only suggesting that you try it, some of you may find it helpful, of course some people will not.

You choose a unit, then you roll immediately. I don't see that there's any time between those two events in which a player might forget who they are attacking with.

Well i could see where they pre-plan to choose there 3 units to attack then say them out-loud and forget who they are attacking with...it could happen sometimes and if dice is easier for them to figure it out then so be it. If it benefits there game-play and other people choose to utilize what there doing then I'm all for it. I dont see any downside to what there doing just trying to give people that might do the same thing they do an opportunity to try out something different just in case they forget.

Hey, it would help a lot if the game had to be "paused" so to speak. I would be able to use that though. I probably will in the future. Thanks for the idea!:)
