Are there not any tournament rules yet? I didn't see them here or in the download section.

I don't believe there are any "official" tournament rules, but many people have run tournaments in various formats.

What sort of questions are you looking to have answered in a "tournament rules" document?
I'm not asking this to be snarky. I'm probably the guy that'd get stuck doing it, and I'm unsure how the current rulebook + FAQ isn't good enough.
Do you want specific recommendations for time limits* or rules regarding sleeves?**
*When Colby has run tournaments, he has used chess clocks, and I found that those worked VERY well. Any tie breaker rule or scoring of points should be avoided for Summoner Wars.
**If I had to dispense the ruling, I'd say that everyone has to have sleeves, and that opaque-backed sleeves are preferred, but I also recognize that at this point, tournaments aren't large or serious enough to require such things.

I would think there needs to be some suggestions about pool play or round robin vs. single elimination or double elimination. Will the champion be determined that way or will the tourney cut to X number of finalists and play out single elimination? Those are things I think needs to be covered about 60 seconds of thought. I haven't even mentioned tie-breakers if needed in the cut to the finals, etc. Not to be snarky, but I would think only people who have never played b oard games or CCGs in a tournament atmosphere would think the rulebook would suffice.

I believe Swiss with Chess clocks is the standard format.
Strength of schedule was the tie-breaker at our last event and we're going to use it again this coming week for our second.
