Ever since I made this stupid mistake here (http://www.plaidhatgames.com/sum_forums/showthread.php?t=718) yesterday, now I wonder have I been playing certain aspect correctly

I want to ask when one activate ability such as Grognack, does he must need to have a card to attack onto, in order to activate his ability? Such that you simply cannot just attack an empty space, so therefore you cannot activate his ability?

I've done some searching but yet I cannot seem to find out...

No. Instead of attacking means that you can activate that units ability during your attack phase instead getting all three attacks. There does not have to be a legal target to attack in order to use the abilities in question.

No, "instead of attacking" just means that A) it must be activated during your attack phase, and B) it takes up one of your 3 attacks for that turn.

Ok thanks, that was quick. Well at least I am indeed playing him correctly haha

As we were re-reading all the cards, we just starts to question everything

That is where people run in to problems, just go with what the card says do not read to much in to it and you will be fine.
