This is a variant I started playing this weekend. Any feedback would be appreciated. I'll post up some sessions using them.

Icons
Icon cards attach to Walls, giving their controller advantages at the expense of converting the Wall. The most powerful Icon advantages are often activated by adding Wound Markers to the Icon.

Play an Icon card during your Event phase to attach it to a wall card you control. Life Points (LP) of the Icon replace the wall’s Life Points. Icons can be attacked and destroyed just as Walls. The Icon card, Wall card, and any cards underneath go to the destroying player's Magic pile.

Common and Faction Icons
There are two types of Icons that can be attached to Wall cards; Common, which can be used by any side and Faction, which can only be played by that faction’s side.

Setup
Replace up to 3 Event cards with Icon cards.

Gameplay Reminders
• Play during your Event phase.
• Attach to any of your Wall cards.
• Life Points of the Icon replace the Wall’s Life Points.
• Icons can be attacked and destroyed just as Walls.
• You can use Advantages multiple times during your turn.

Common Icons
Any Advantages from Common Icons supersede basic rules (normal attack/movement) but overruled by Special Abilities from Events and Units. A player can have 2 Common Icons in play at one time.

Faction Icons
Any Faction Advantages from Faction Icons supersede basic rules (normal attack/movement) as well as Special Abilities from Events and Units. There may be only 1 Faction Icon in play at one time. If there is a Faction Icon in play, it must be destroyed or removed from play before another Faction Icon can be attached.

I think its a neat concept and might try it out at some point but I don't usually play to many variants.

Great concept. I may try this, as I think this could add alot of new gameplay to an already deep system

I'm not so sure about the Variant concept... sounds interesting.

BUT Nice job on the card Images, they are really good.
