Here's the decks I've built. Frankly, they're not intended to be super competitive. I like the game as a "grab a deck and play" experience, so deck building isn't really something I really want out of it. I DO really like the added variety of the new units though, so I've got the following limitations on my decks:
- A minimum of 2 of every common
- No Mercs
I may at some point just slip all the champions in for each faction just to make sure they have everything available, but right now I'm keeping things legal, but still trying to get the most out of my own constraints. Anyway, here's the decks:
Cave Goblins
Sneeks
Mandatory Events
Krag
Scagg
Mook
Beast Rider x2
Berserker x2
Climber x3
Slinger x5
Fighter x6
Guild Dwarves
Oldin
Mandatory Events
Baldar
Tordok
Gror
Engineer x2
Guardsman x2
Ballista x2
Defender x6
Spearman x6
Phoenix Elves
Prince Elien
Mandatory Events
Holleas
Maelena
Fire Drake
Fencer x2
Guardian x2
Fire Beast x3
Archer x5
Warrior x6
Tundra Orcs
Grognack
Mandatory Events
Ragnor
Bragg
Rukar
Charger x2
Smasher x3
Fighter x4
Shaman x4
Thwarter x5
Any suggestions of what I should swap out or change? Much appreciate the feedback.

Looks pretty solid within your restraints.

Within your restraints, here's the only changes I would make:
CG - Swap out one Climber for one Fighter. Another 0 cost Goblin is nice for the events, and the more Fighters you have, the more attacks you'll end up with.
TO - Swap out 2x Fighters for 1x Shaman and 1x Smasher (or, if you want to keep the magic cost down, 2x Shaman). Shamans are absolutely amazing - the best ranged common in the game right now IMO. Smashers are really good, too - 4 life (even with Sluggish) can be difficult to overcome without the oppponent focusing all of their firepower on them, which opens the door for your other units.
For the Dwarves and Elves, I might try to work in more Defenders and Fire Beasts, respectively. Defenders are just retarded good, and the Elves (in my experience) usually have more than enough magic to use on Fire Beasts, especially with Holleas. For the Elves, I'd probably reduce the Archers before the Warriors.

Good points. I ran that TO deck, and the fighters didn't really do much for me. I hadn't fully decided to swap them out yet, as it was against the Dwarves and I wasn't sure if they might be necessary against, say the Goblins, but a smasher and Shaman seem like a much better choice.
I need to give the PE deck a try. I wasn't really sure on the Fire Beasts, but I can see dropping an Archer for one. Similar story with the Goblins, just need to give it a shot. Dwarves I'm not sure on. I'd have to give up a Spearman for a Defender, and they're both pretty incredible troops.
Any thought on Champions? I'm probably just going to throw them all in eventually, but until Reinforcements arrive for the rest, I'm a little hesitant to do so.

I find that for the most part, Champions are more a result of 1) player preference, 2) total deck magic cost and 3) how much damage you need them to do based on the commons you're using.
You're playing all the "must-plays" by my standards (they would be Gror, Mook, Fire Drake, and Ragnor, though Holleas is close to one when you have Fire Beasts). I actually missed that you had Bragg in your TO deck. I've only played a couple of games with him, but I believe I've decided that he's too situational and would usually have either Blagog, Gruggar or maybe even Magos. Krung might be possible, too, if you don't have too many 2-costers in your deck.
I haven't had a chance to try Tordok yet. I might prefer Thorkur or Grungor to him, but I don't know yet. The others I'd be fine with. I go back and forth on Laleya, Kaeseeall and Maelena. Maelena and Laleya are all around good - you trade Laleya's range with Maelena's certainty of one wound. Kaeseeall is really awesome against Dwarf Defenders and melee champions. Normally I end up going with Laleya, since she's only 1/3 of a die worse than Maelena in melee (on average) AND she gets range, but I like them all.
