Box Problem

First id like to say that im very excited to play. After just looking over the game for a few hours I preordered myself Goblins vs Dwarfs.

I was wondering how the boxes come? I got a call from Fed ex saying that my package was empty. That it was just a cardboard box. So after tracking it down, they found 2 Summoner Wars boxes and I told them its Goblins vs Dwarfs. They didnt seem to really understand though. So now they have to get ahold of the place thats holding the box and resend it out to me :/

Anyone else have problems?

I didn't have any problems. My order came quickly and everything was in there, except Kahn Queso, but Truth is already taking care of that. And if he chooses not to, I think I'll be ok ;)

I could be wrong, but it sounds like it's already tracked down.

Um, how would FedEx know what was in your package??? Why would it have been opened? Mine came, 2 starter sets, sealed from the distributor. Something is off. If I were you, I would question FedEx as to why your package was opened.

More than likely the fullfillment center sent you both boxes instead of just the one you ordered (this has happened with a few other folks). This could be why they have 2 Summoner Wars boxes that were found loose.

Sorry, was away for the week getting married and at wife bootcamp grad. I got the Box yesterday. It was kinda of a mess up again but a good one this time I guess. I only ordered 1 goblin vs dwarf, but two came inside the fedex box.

Make sure you give details to Truth so that he can hash out the problems with the distribution company.

Yea I sent him a message in detail how it all happend. Just noticed there was no Merc promo to. Damn Fedex.
