ok here is an idea i came up with. 4 players each with a half section of the premuim boad. each player places his starting units on his board as normal, and places the boards so the corners are touching the other boards.
in the middle is placed a custom board, which is 6X6 squares. this set up prevents any players from being attacked from the side. this means you have to venture into no mans land to attack.
rather than a baren landscape in the middle, walls could be placed eather randomly, by the players in turn, or in set evenly distributed positions. eather way these walls would be neutral, untill you got a unit to them and spent an attack action to convert them to your use. (rather than doing damage to them). you can take over an opponents walls in no mans land the same way, or maybe by spending 2 attack actions, i will have to test that. walls in a players home board cannot be taken over this way.
when a summoner dies, thier walls became neutral, (incuding any they owned in no mans land), last summoner alive wins. any thoughts?
