Ranged Attack Discrepency

In the original and updated rule book, it states:
"Unit cards with the bow symbol on them can attack cards that are up to 3 clear straight line spaces away."

In the Summoner Wars Rule summary, it states:
"Bow Symbol Attack - These cards can attack
cards up to 3 spaces away in an orthagonal
straight line unblocked by other cards."

What is an orthagonal straight line, does that describe a zig zag line as you would move a unit in a "jagged diamond" shape? Or am I just misunderstanding what orthagonal means?

I did notice it's spelled with an "a" instead of "o" orthogonal as the mathematical term is spelled

I think the 'a' is a misspelling. In this case 'orthogonal' means 'not diagonal,' so the two rulings are consistent.

That makes sense, I guess I was over-thinking it.. not sure why they chose to use the term Orthogonal in the summary, and nowhere else.
