Just for fun of it, I'd thought it be interesting to do a count on Anti-Champion and Anti-Common units, divided by factions.
Faction - Anti Common / Anti Champion
GD - Gror / Baldar
CG - Eater, Berzerker / -
PE - Fire Beast, Fencer / -
TO - Krung / Thwarter
FK - Arnica, Dragos, Zombie Warrior, Schull/ Phantom, Elut-Bal
VG - Jacob, Raechael / -
CL - Hawk, Sin-Sin, Violet / Scam, Dagger, Slasher
JE - Miti, Elephant / Gorilla, Makeinda Ru
BD - Gulldune, Deceiver, Parasite/ -
DD - Piclo / -
SE - Hydrake, Malidala, Taliya/ -
SG - Kreep / Tark, Slayer
MV - Warrior, Torrodin/ Quen
SO - Blerg, Splub, Savager/ -
FL - - / Claw Mutant
MR - Duggle, Kogar, Rath, Rygos / Malevolence
Some of these only get their ability take effect after destroying Commons, so they are on the list. A lot of Units are both Common and Champ mixed, and some better for assassionation, so I left them out.

Nice list! This will help a lot of people with Deck building!
If you want to fill the list out a bit check out this article (http://blagog.com/2012/04/11/the-evolution-of-summoner-wars-how-the-master-set-changed-the-game/) that PePe wrote on Blagogblog!

Quen is anti-champ?
Well he can do 8 dice one-on-one against a champ in two turns!

How could I have forgotten Slayers? Anyway, added in.

anti common / anti champ
CG - Blarf
PE - / Kaeseeall
BD - / Tacullu?
DD - Lun /
There's a lot of stuff that can be considered wither way, like Maelena, so it's hard to make a hard separation for them and usually you need to consider factions.

I think this thread is more useful if you also include pro-common cards in a 3rd list. Some are just common supporters, like Tordok or Ret-Talus. Others do better the more units you have on the field, ie Gren and Mook. Stalwart Archers, CG Fighters, etc., also belong in this category as their strength goes up disproportionately as unit count goes up.
Then there are cards that encourage your OPPONENT to play commons, even though it's not explicitly anti-champion, mostly high-mobility units like Hulgorad and Riders. Also Thieves. Cards that require free lanes to thrive. I know I always play way more commons vs JE and CL than other factions.
And yeah, Quen is not really anti-champion, because she's just as good against commons. She gets those in two attacks so she can kill two units per turn. Since she also can have a 4-total attack value, I'd say she's neutral. But other swift strike cards, I'd say, are solidly anti-common. Spew Mutant is anti-champ for the same reason as Slayers.
Also, I think you should be including Event Cards in all these lists too, that's where some of the big swings come. Magic Drain is bigtime anti-common, Legions of the Dead is bigtime pro-common, all the goblin events are bigtime pro-common, etc.

I think that for DD kynder could be Anti-champ just cause he can put one in a really bad position.

I consider both Lun and Kynder to be versatile enough to do both Anti-Champ and Anti-Common, so they are not in the list. Blarf, Tacullu, and Kaessaell too.

Well, if you are going for exclusivity I don't know why you are listing Scam as anti champion, he's is super versatile and actually cheaper to finance against a horde of commons.

Yeah, but when putting him into a deck, I usually consider him the Anti-Champion for Cloaks. Its either him or Dagger. But Dagger is hard to get the opportunity to use.

uhm... then I'm not sure why you don't see Snipers as anti-champions, if you see Scam that way.

Hmm, but I use Snipers as anti-commons LOL. Summon one, have Vlox copy then both of you can snipe two commons far from retaliation distance.
They are good as anti-summoner too, if your opponent isn't careful. I once did 4 hits on a Sera from the other side of the map on the third round.
I LIKE TAU!

Toro is more of an anti summoner than miti.
~Tau, walking over 6 commons to give Prince Elien his preordered custom gravestone.

I think tthe Incanter Mutant we have just seen is a good pro-common unit. Like Mook or Colleen, they dont really work as specifically antc-champion unit but they promote common usage. Rogues are definitely antichamp though. Atleast anti-rushing champs
