The blobs I actually thought of awhile back and posted at boardgamegeek(didnt know these forums existed!). I got a very mixed response on them, some thought they were too powerfull, some liked the concept but hated the names. The Gnome Wizards were something I thought of last night while I lay in bed unable to sleep! Id love to hear some feedback on the ideas and if anyone knows of any tutorials for how to make your own Summoner Wars cards(so I can actually start play testing these!)its much appreciated!
The basic concept of this deck is "Blobs/Slimes" who are focused more on defense/immobilization initially. The common cards largely do not have attack value but can do serious damage to walls, work as giant moving shields and have the ability to immobilize their opponents. Even the Summoner does not have any real big offense either. However, the Champions have been designed to be fairly strong and to increase in power over time. So this gives you a deck that encourages the player to have a long term strategy that involves trying to kneecap the other player while setting himself up to get his champions rolling.

Summoner Wars Blobs
Summoner - 7 life 1 attack(non ranged) - In place of attacking you may spend 2 life to summon a 1L 0A blob token in 3 adjacent spaces.
Common Units

Mucus - Summon Cost of 2 - 3 life 1 non ranged attack When attacking a wall add 2 to attack value
Sneeze Summon Cost of 0 - 1 life 0 ranged attack Sneeze chooses a unit within 3 spaces and then rolls a die. On a hit of 3 or greater that unit may not move or attack next turn(is considered slimed).
Jiggles Summon Cost of 1 - 5 life & 0 Attack Jello may move up to 5 spaces in a turn
Reinforcement - Ich Summon Cost of 2 - 2 life & 1 attack After Ich is attacked by an enemy unit roll a die, 4 or higher and the enemy is slimed(may not move or attack)
Reinforcement - Slime Summon Cost of 0 - 1L & 1A Slime moves 3 spaces and may move through walls but not stop on them.
Reinforcement - Bluych! - summon Cost of 2 - 2 life and 0 attack - Bluych! Can move up to 7 spaces in a straight line and pass through enemies or walls. Any enemy Bluych! passes through is considered slimed.
Champions
Snot Summon Cost of 7 - 6L & 1A Snot may move through other blobs, anytime he does so he absorbs them adding 1 to his Attack value
Puke Summon Cost of 6 - of 5L & 2A Puke is the only real ranged damage dealer for the Blobs. He attacks in a straight line of 4 and damages everything in his path.
Phlegm Summon Cost of 7 - 6L & 0A Phlegm may only move 1 space per turn. Phlegm leaves behind a trail of weaker 1L & 1A slimes when he moves.
Reinforcement - It Summon Cost of 8 - 6L and 1A Blob units that would go to your discard pile instead go under Blob. For every 2 blobs under It he gains 1 attack.
Reinforcement - Gunk Summon Cost of 6 - 4L and 2A Anytime Gunk defeats a unit he absorbs it(place the card underneath gunk, increase his attack value by 1 and recover 1 life)
Event Cards

Multiply Create a duplicate of any non champion blob on the board or spend 2 magic and create a duplicate of any 2.
Hive Mind You may sacrifice up to 3 slimes to reduce the casting cost of a champion unit by 2 per slime.
Slimed Target Unit is covered in slime and may not move, attack or use special abilities until his owner pays 2 magic to get rid of slimed.
Jello Wall Put a wall with a life value of 5 in place. Any unit that attacks Jello Wall may not move or attack (is considered slimed)for 1 turn after attacking jello wall.
Merge Choose any 2 non champion units and merge them. The new card has the life, attack value and abilities of both cards.
The concept for the Gnome Wizards is a deck where the cards have very little life and generally have small attack values. To even things out when they roll to attack if you roll high enough their abilities auto trigger for some pretty awesome effects. They have not been play tested yet so I wonder if many will need their dice requirements upped a little.
Gnome Wizards

Summoner - 5 life 2 ranged attack - Special Abilty Master of Elements - Roll a die. On a result of 3 chose 1 effect, 4 chose 2 and 5 chose 3. Your summoner moves an enemy back 3 spaces, hits enemy for 1 fire damage or freezes an enemy for one turn.
Common Units

Fizzlebottom - 1 summon cost - 1 life 1 ranged attack - Fire Master - On a die result of 4 or higher fizzlebottom hits for 2 damage
Crinkles - 1 summon cost - 1 life 1 ranged attack - Ice Master - On a die result of 4 or higher crinkles freezes the attacked enemy for one turn(1 turn no attack no damage)
Tonks - 1 summon cost - 1 life 1 ranged attack - Lighting Master - On a die result of 4 or higher the attacked enemy is blasted back two spaces.
Reinforcement - Niggel - Summon Cost of 2 - 1 life 1 ranged attack - On a die result of 5 or higher Niggle inflicts a "burn". Burns remain on enemies hitting them for 1 damage at the end of their next turn for up to 3 turns.
Reinforcement - Kiki - Summon cost of 1 - 1 life 1 ranged attack - On a die result of 4 or higher Kiki Blinds her opponent(only die results of 5 or higher are counted as hits next turn).
Reinforcement - Webble - Summon cost of 2 - 2 life 1 ranged attack - On an attack of 6 or higher Webble "shatters" her opponent(instant kill). Weebles ability may not effect a Summoner.
Champions

Pyro - 5 summon cost - 4 life 2 ranged attack - Flame Torrent - Roll a die, on a die result of 5 or higher Pyro does 2 damage to every enemy within 5 straight spaces of him.
Blizzaz - 6 summon cost - 5 life 1 ranged attack - Ice Shield - Instead of attacking target a friendly unit and roll a die. On a result of 1-3 put a shield with 1 hitpoint on target character, on a result of 4-6 a shield with 2 life.
Spiggot - 5 summon cost - 4 life 2 ranged attack - Static Thrust - Instead of attacking knock target enemy up to 4 spaces backwards for 1 damage. If this enemy comes in contact with another unit he receives 2 damage and the other unit he slammed in to 1 damage.
Reinforcement - Hank the Hardy - 8 Summon Cost - 8 life & 2 attack - Hank may take damage for units within 2 spaces of him.
Reinforcement - Poranka the Powerfull - 7 Summon Cost - 5 life 2 attack - On a die roll of 4 or higher Poranka gets to immediately roll an additional 2 attack dies.
Reinforcement - Earl the Elemental - Summon Cost of 6 - 6 life 1 attack - Before Earl attacks he chooses another friendly unit on the board. Untill the end of your turn Earl has that units special ability.
Event Cards

Teleport - Move any two friendly common units to a spot on the board of your choosing.
Lucky Lucky! - All die results are increased by 1 this turn
The wee little people - Gnomes only take damage from a die result of 6 or higher during your opponents next turn.
Magic Drain - If your opponent has more enemies on the battle field steal 2 magic cards from their magic pile
Shielded - If you have a card name crinkles or a card named Blizzaz on the board pay 3 magic points and add 1 ice shield(1 life point) to each of your units.
