A Week At Plaid Hat Games

I've decided to take it upon myself to start this kind of thread. It'll be very similiar to Week @ Heroscapers, over on Heroscapers.com, we'll talk about new things that happen each week, such as new custom units, new custom game styles, the popular game of Curse of Ret-Talus, and even new previews. Most likely we'll have an 'image of the week', 'custom of the week' and an 'in other news' section.

I'll also post a link in this thread to each of the new posts. So all you'll have to do to find the new segment is go to the next post.

This picture is brought to us by Lord Andrak, it's a custom card he made for his Shadow Cult Faction, a while back. This is just the original copy of the card, but there have been a few revisions to it. I immediately thought though when I saw this, 'Man, he is doing customs absolutely right."

It's very professionally done, artisic, though the only thing that I can notice that isn't terrific is the font used, but that's extremely easy to overlook.

Custom Of the Week:

For the custom of the week, I'd like to highlight an entire faction actually. With how big of a Harry Potter fan I am, I've decided to highlight Killercactus's Death Eaters Faction. It's a great representation of Lord Voldemort, and his lackies. So go check it out.

CoRT is a really fun mystery style game, I'd encourage you all to try it out at least once. This picture is slightly older, it's from the Dungeon Run previews. The first time I saw it though, I was like "Hey! It's Krung's Brother!!!"

Custom Of the Week:

This Week's Custom, is once again a faction, it's Kaiser Cat's Marro Horde Faction. It is a deck based off of the Marro from Heroscape. The marro are an alien race of bug/skeleton things, that can control people's minds, and also carry around plasma guns.

In Other News:

The Master Sets have once again been pushed back. But it's not really PHG's fault, more the fault of the printing company, and the shipping companies. So try to understand, that Colby is working as hard as he can to get everything out to us as soon as possible. Colby, if you're reading this, I'm keeping you out of the doghouse as much as possible. Though if any more delays are put up, I might just have to throw you under the bus. haha jk;)

Thought I might as well point this out, but your image for Dungeon Run seems broken.

Thanks for showing an example of one of my Custom Card Creation, should be noted I have Now found the Correct Fonts to use and everyone should feel free to use the templates found HERE (http://www.plaidhatgames.com/sum_forums/album.php?u=204)

Enough of that, love the idea of "A Week At PHG", have all ways found those sorts of threads to be the primary thing I read.
Try keeping it on the top of the Forum as I had a bit of difficulty finding this thread.
