"...When we checked in on Test Group 481, we were appalled to find them all dead. The observation room we kept them in was a bloody abattoir. Oh, if only Kelly our lab technician had paused like the rest of us and thought to check the security footage, she would have seen the trap that was set. But Kelly went into the room, only to discover that one of the women wasn't dead. The thing had slaughtered its companions, then laid among the bodies. We tried to seal the general area, but the thing was too fast, and soon entered the ventilation ducts."
