We are proud to announce that some games from the Plaid Hat Games library were nominated for major board game awards yesterday!
Dead of Winter: A Crossroads Game was nominated for Game of the Year by both The Origins Awards and The Dice Tower Awards.
Additionally, Dead of Winter received nominations from the Dice Tower Awards for Best Game Theming and Most Innovative Game.
Finally, Downwood Tales, the large-box Mice and Mystics expansion, received a nomination for Best Game Expansion from the Dice Tower Awards.

Dead of Winter: A Crossroads Game is an experience that can only be accomplished through the medium of tabletop games. It is a story-centric game about surviving through a harsh winter in an apocalyptic world.
