Summoner Wars Digital Showdown 2014!
One Summoner to Rule Them All - Register to Participate!

I am pleased to announce the BGG Summoner Wars Digital Showdown 2014. This 16 person digital tournament will use Playdek’s new organized play system and will be streamed on Twitch!
Format:
- Faction Supremacy, Swiss Style Tournament
- Each player plays one of the Summoner Wars factions for the entire tournament. 5 swiss rounds are played, followed by a top 8 playoff.
Schedule:
Off Air Swiss Rounds: Dec 1st, 2014 - Dec 9th, 2014
Twitch Stream Schedule:
Top 8 Day 1: Dec 11th, 2014 - 9pm to 11pm EST
Top 8 Day 2: Dec 12th, 2014 - 9pm to 11pm EST
Quarter Finals: Dec 13th, 2014 - 12pm to 2pm EST
Finals: Dec 13th, 2014 - 2pm to 3pm EST
Participants: 16
Prizes: Over $100 in prizes! Details to be announced.

How to Participate:
Are you interested in being one of our 16 participants? Do you love Summoner Wars and want to test your skills against other digital players? Then be sure to register for our tournament today.
Tournament registration begins today and closes November 22nd!
Here are some basic requirements:
- You must own Summoner Wars on iOS or Android.
- You must be available to complete 5+ games of Summoner Wars from Dec 1st, 2014 to Dec 9th, 2014.
- If you make it, you must be available for live streams on Dec 11th to 13th as listed in the schedule above.
- For legal and timing reasons, you must be a USA or Canada resident. This may change for future tournaments.

Note: The Plaid Hat Team and I will select the 16 participants from all registrants based on faction selection and ability to meet the requirements.

If you’re like me, you may love Summoner Wars but maybe aren’t up to the challenge of a tournament. We hope you will join us on the Twitch stream and watch how these top players play.
